"Finance" Launches payment services for "Tabby" To facilitate the payment of service fees and federal fines

Dubai, November 25 / WAM / The Ministry of Finance announced the launch of Tabby’s payment services, providing customers with the ability to pay service fees and federal fines in installments through payment channels based on the “buy now, pay later” principle.
This partnership is the first of its kind with a company specialized in financial services in the Middle East and North Africa region.
The partnership aims to facilitate the procedures for paying service fees and fines in the federal government through easy monthly installments, in line with the ministry’s directions towards improving customer experience and enhancing the efficiency of the federal financial collection system.
Under the partnership, customers with federal entities will be able to optionally benefit from installment payment options.
His Excellency Saeed Rashid Al-Yateem, Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance for the Budget and Government Revenues Sector, confirmed that the partnership with “Tabby” comes within the efforts of the Ministry of Finance aimed at employing modern financial technologies to enhance federal revenue management, raise the level of customer satisfaction, and enable them to fulfill their financial obligations to the federal authorities in a flexible and secure manner, thus enhancing collection efficiency.
His Excellency added: “This cooperation represents a qualitative step in the framework of the continuous modernization of the payment system in the federal entities, as the federal government is keen to adopt innovative solutions and strategic partnerships that contribute to establishing an integrated and sustainable financial infrastructure,” explaining that this initiative is a qualitative step in the framework of the continuous modernization of the payment system in the federal entities.
