Awareness programs in the Grand Mosque

The Presidency enhances the presence of awareness programs inside the Grand Mosque through a wide system that includes centers for answering questions spread throughout Corridors, entrances, and courtyards, in addition to telephone lines designated for fatwas and guidance in several languages, which contributes to facilitating the education of worshipers and Umrah pilgrims about the provisions of rituals and the skills of performing worship.

The Presidency also activated a system of electronic interactive screens that display digital legal content in several languages, combining legal authenticity and modern technologies, to enable the visitor and Umrah pilgrim to learn the correct doctrine and provisions of worship easily, and in a manner that suits different groups.

In terms of translation, the Presidency has intensified the readiness of its qualified legal cadres in field translation, in addition to the technical support and digital broadcasting teams that are responsible for archiving lessons and sermons and delivering them to the world through multiple platforms. Translation services include translating the Friday sermon into 15 international languages via platforms, most notably Manarat Al-Haramain and Al-Qasid Portal at the link: services.prh.gov.sa.

Field Awareness Programs

The Presidency teams also continue to implement field awareness programs in the courtyards of the Grand Mosque and its facilities, including distributing non-paper brochures and brochures, and launching digital versions equipped with the electronic coding feature in several languages, in addition to Disseminating the Sunnahs and correcting legal violations within a guidance system that takes into account the needs of those who go.

With regard to circumambulation, field agencies intensified the numbers of circumambulators and distributed them at the entrances to the Mutaf and walkways, while activating the “Tabyan and Dalala” program, which provides direct guidance to pilgrims through an elite group of qualified circumambulators, to ensure ease of movement and clarify the paths in accordance with the approved regulations.

The female talents also continued to provide services. A field dedicated to female visitors of the Grand Mosque inside the women’s prayer halls, within a service and educational system that takes into account their needs and provides a safe and spiritual environment prepared for worship.

Services of the Prophet’s Mosque

In the Prophet’s Mosque, the Presidency continues to implement religious and educational programs directed at female visitors and pilgrims, including scientific lessons and Sharia lectures, and activating fatwa centers. And guidance inside the Noble Rawdah and in the surrounding squares.
