المملكة: Ministry of Interior: Medical Services continues its annual blood donation campaign
Public administration communication For medical services The Ministry of Interior’s annual campaign To donate blood, in conjunction with World Blood Donation Day, which falls on June 14 of each year, in a number of locations in various regions of the Kingdom.
This comes within its efforts to enhance social responsibility and contribute to supporting blood banks and meeting their needs for units of blood and its derivatives.
The campaign benefits employees of the Ministry of Interior and its security sectors, and the public and private sectors, through the security forces hospitals in Riyadh, Makkah Al-Mukarramah, and Dammam, and specialized comprehensive clinics in various regions of the Kingdom.
Promoting a culture Humanitarian work
It aims to spread awareness of the importance of blood donation and its role in saving lives, enhancing the culture of humanitarian and volunteer work, contributing to providing the needs of sick and injured people for blood units, and supporting blood banks in order to achieve their readiness to meet various medical needs.
