المملكة: "Tributary of the Two Holy Mosques" Training of workers to serve the guests of God begins in the Hajj season 1447 AH


The Institute of Research, Studies and Consulting Services at Umm Al-Qura University was launched, in cooperation with Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, two training tracks for pilgrims and a language track within a programme "Tributary of the Two Holy Mosques"With the aim of providing pilgrims with the necessary knowledge and qualifying them to deal with the field reality of the journey Guests of God in more than 35 international languages, to meet the diversity of cultures and the needs of pilgrims.

Enriching the experience of Guests of God

The pilgrims’ training program includes three main tracks: living the Hajj experience, rituals, and systems and services, with each track focusing on providing the pilgrim with the necessary knowledge to deal with potential situations during the Hajj trip, starting from the pre-arrival stage until the departure stage.

The launch of these programs comes within the efforts of the University Umm Al-Qura, represented by the Institute of Research, Studies and Advisory Services, to support the Hajj and Umrah system, and provide quality services that contribute to enriching the experience of the guests of God, and enabling them to perform their rituals with ease and awareness.
