المملكة: Technical Training organizes 429 employment fairs and forums and 138 agreements to support graduates’ opportunities
organized The General Corporation for Technical and Vocational Training 429 employment exhibitions and forums during the year 2025, as part of its efforts to enhance Employment opportunities for male and female graduates of technical colleges, industrial institutes, and secondary architecture and construction institutes, in partnership with the business sector in various regions of the Kingdom.
The Deputy Governor for Planning and Business Development at the Corporation, Engineer Reem Al-Muqbel, explained that providing job opportunities for male and female graduates is through an integrated system implemented by the General Administration for Career Coordination and its affiliated offices, in cooperation with the Corporation’s partners from various government and private agencies.
She added that the Foundation intensified its efforts in building partnerships with employment agencies, as it held 1,323 meetings with human resources managers in various sectors during the past year, with the aim of reviewing the needs of the labor market and enhancing employment opportunities for male and female graduates of training facilities.
Supporting the employment of graduates
She indicated that the Foundation signed 138 agreements during the same period aimed at supporting the employment of male and female graduates and raising their enrollment rates in the labor market, in addition to implementing 718 programs to prepare and qualify male and female graduates, in a way that enhances their professional readiness and increases their competitiveness in obtaining job opportunities.
Al-Muqbel confirmed that these efforts come within the organization’s strategy aimed at aligning training outcomes with the needs of the labor market, and raising employment rates among male and female graduates, by expanding partnerships with the public and private sectors and developing qualification and vocational guidance programs.
It is noteworthy that the General Corporation for Technical and Vocational Training It launched the project “Supporting and Improving the Employment Index” in all its training facilities, with the aim of enhancing career coordination work and raising the efficiency of initiatives and programs directed to support the employment of male and female graduates and achieve national development goals.
