Advisor to the Sudanese ambassador in Cairo confirms his country’s confidence in Egyptian efforts to reconstruct Sudan

Dr. Amin Ismail Majzoub, Advisor to the Sudanese Ambassador in Cairo, praised the Egyptian-Sudanese Businessmen Forum, which was held last week, and received great attention, follow-up, and great support from the leadership of the two brotherly countries, and that Sudan stands on the cusp of the recovery and rebuilding phase after the exceptional circumstances it went through, stressing his country’s confidence in the Egyptian efforts in reconstructing Sudan.
The advisor to the Sudanese ambassador said, during statements Following his visit to the governorate, the businessmen’s forum discussed joint visions and areas of work, within the framework of partnership and integration between the two countries in various fields, especially with regard to the reconstruction file of Sudan..
He added that all methods and frameworks of work are in favor of deepening relations and partnership with the Egyptian side, to benefit from the great Egyptian expertise in this framework, and pointed out that the Sudanese embassy in Cairo has special preparations to coordinate with Egyptian companies and businessmen wishing to work, invest, and rebuild Sudan, as well as the agricultural, industrial, and mining fields, given Egypt’s knowledge of all of Sudan’s crucial problems and issues.
He appreciated the efforts and endeavors of Egypt and Sudan to enhance economic integration, in order to activate historical relations and social and geographical ties, expressing his country’s desire to achieve a new era in distinguished relations with the Egyptian state under the auspices of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi .
In turn, Ambassador Abdel Qader Abdullah, Consul General of the Republic of Sudan in Aswan and the governorates of Upper Egypt, indicated his country’s pursuit of partnership with the Egyptian state, under the leadership of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi .
He said that the common destiny between Sudan and Egypt gives priority to Egypt in the post-war reconstruction project for Sudan, stressing: “We will not forget the Egyptian positions in receiving thousands of Sudanese families and citizens during periods of war, in addition to assisting in the program of the voluntary return of displaced Sudanese families to Egypt.
He added that the Egyptian embassy in Cairo and the Sudanese consulate will, during the coming period, undertake coordination efforts with Egyptian companies and businessmen wishing to work, invest, and rebuild Sudan, and that the most important thing that distinguishes the relations between the two countries is the complementarity between Sudan’s resources and Egypt’s capabilities, in light of the fact that Egypt has the human capabilities, trained labor, and capital, at a time when Sudan possesses natural resources, lands suitable for reclamation, agriculture, mining wealth, and fields of work. different.
It is noteworthy that the advisor to the Sudanese ambassador in Cairo, Dr. Amin Ismail Majzoub, and Ambassador Abdul Qadir Abdullah, Consul General of the Republic of Sudan in Aswan, participated in the Toshka Aswan Agricultural Exhibition and Conference 2025, which concluded its activities in Aswan, last Thursday, for a period of 3 days, with the participation of 60 exhibitors from major companies operating in the sectors of agricultural production, modern equipment and advanced technologies, under the patronage of Dr. Ismail Kamal, Governor of Aswan, and Dr. Loay Saad El-Din, Acting President of Aswan University.
