Phaedra defends street dogs: We have a management problem and I have 40 cats and 6 dogs

The artist Phaedra revealed the reason for the stray dog ​​crisis in Egypt, stressing that the problem is not the presence of the animals themselves, but rather the absence of scientific and organized management of the file, confirming that she attended many meetings at the Humane Society, the Veterinary Medicine Authority, and concerned parties to no avail.

 

Phaedra said during her interview on the “Final Word” program: With journalist Ahmed Salem on ON channel: We have a management problem.. and we have been suffering from it for years.. and I attended countless meetings in the Al-Rafq Association, the Veterinary Medicine Authority, and people concerned with the issue.. and our management is not practical, and if we address the issue in an organized, scientific, and understandable way, we will be saved.. The world has come before us.. and I consider that we are from the civilized world.. and there is no difference between us and civilized countries.. and we have the capabilities and mentalities. And thinking.

Phaedra indicated that she cares for a large number of animals in her home, saying: I have four dogs of my own, two German Sibel dragons, all of them licensed, and 40 cats, all of them rescue cases… because I believe that there are people who have a role in life and I have a role to help them, and their livelihood is at home in my garden… and it is a blessing and grace from God that our Lord has made me able to help these creatures and so many people. The animals or the human beings will say that, and those who say that, you don’t know what I do with the human beings.”

 

Phaedra continued: “I don’t want to say that I spend how much on them a month… It’s as if you were saying that you give how much in charity, eat how much, and do how much good you do… Of course, I love animals and anything you do for God stays between you and God, and there are people who say What do I do to the poor? What do I do to the poor? And if I say, they will say  This is hypocrisy.
