Who is the new CEO of Almarai Company?
The board of directors of the company decided "Pastures"Today, Wednesday, the approval of the appointment of Fawaz Al-Jasser as CEO of the company, based on the recommendation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee, effective January 16, 2026.
The company said in a statement on "Saudi Arabia trading"Fawaz Al-Jasser is an executive leader who spent nearly 20 years at Almarai Company, where he held leadership positions that included supervising the bakery, seafood and human resources sectors.
He also assumed the position of General Manager of Taiba Company, a subsidiary of Almarai in Jordan, and took over the management of the Technical Institute for Food Industries. He also served as CEO of Naqwa Company.
Al-Jasser holds a postgraduate qualification in business administration from the University of Leicester in the United Kingdom, and participated in leadership programs from IMD, Michigan Ross, and London Business School.
It is noteworthy that the former CEO of Almarai, Abdullah Al-Badr, submitted his resignation yesterday, Tuesday, due to personal circumstances, according to a company statement.
