The General Assembly of “Solutions” approves the election of 9 members to the Board of Directors

The Arab Internet and Communications Services Company (Solutions) announced the results of the ordinary general assembly meeting (first meeting), which was held yesterday, Wednesday.

The company said in a statement on its website: "Saudi Arabia trading"The results of voting on the Assembly’s agenda included: Approval of the election of members of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which begins on 12/22/2025 AD and lasts for 4 years, and ends on 12/21/2029 AD.

The elected members are: Riyad Moawad, Haitham Al-Faraj, Muhammad Al-Abadi, Muadhad Al-Ajmi, Moataz Al-Anqari, Ali Al-Harbi, Abdul Latif Al-Saif, and Fahd Aba Al-Khail, And Fahd Al-Mansour.
