The Council made its decision after listening to the point of view of the Education and Scientific Research Committee, which was read by the Council member and Chairman of the Committee, Dr. Nasser Tayaran, regarding the members’ comments and opinions that They expressed this in a previous session regarding what was included in the annual report of Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University for the academic year 2024 AD.
In its decision, the Council called on the university to find sustainable solutions to address the shortcomings in the infrastructure and equipment of some college buildings.
In the same decision, the Council also called on Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University to coordinate with the relevant authorities to study the benefit of the incentives and regulatory advantages of special economic zones in developing innovative knowledge and investment models.

Memorandums of Understanding and Agreements
Within the topics of memorandums of understanding and agreements listed on the agenda of this session, the Council approved a draft memorandum of understanding between the General Authority of Endowments in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs in the Sultanate of Oman in the field Endowments.
