"Bridge 2025" It provides a platform for student innovations in the creative industries sector

Abu Dhabi, December 9, 2025: The Bridge 2025 Summit provided a platform for students to showcase a number of innovative initiatives in the media and creative industries sector, which focus on enhancing the role of advanced technology and artificial intelligence in this sector.
The Higher Colleges of Technology pavilion, through the participation of a group of students from the Colleges of Applied Media and Education, highlighted the role of emerging technologies in bringing about a radical transformation in creative practices and storytelling methods.
The presented projects focused on the skillful combination of artwork and traditional heritage on the one hand, and advanced digital technologies on the other hand, reflecting the ability to shape the future of creative industries while preserving the country’s national identity.
The presented projects highlight the pivotal role of the Higher Colleges of Technology in preparing national competencies capable of leading the transformation of creative industries, by presenting work that combines innovation and pioneering thought.
The works include the “Furjan” project, which combines Emirati crafts and 3D printing techniques, and the “Bainouna Perfumes” luxury project, which provides an integrated model for building a brand identity, in addition to innovations in product design, such as the “Nico World” brand for educational toys, and the “Little Farmer” project, which is a story project and an educational tool for instilling agricultural concepts.
In terms of media production projects and virtual and augmented reality technology, the platform displays innovative films produced by students that focus on addressing societal issues with an impactful visual presentation, in addition to virtual and augmented reality experiences that allow users to interact with local stories within innovative simulation environments.
Presentations of digital characters and animations that are inspired by Emirati tales and re-presented in a manner appropriate to the digital generation will also be presented, in addition to a group of interactive e-books that reshape the concept of early learning with animated digital media.
These projects reflect a contemporary student vision of creative industries and national identity, and prove that technology is not just a tool for presentation, but rather an effective means of documenting the Emirati cultural heritage and transmitting it to future generations in an interactive manner. They also provide an educational and media experience that inspires the recipient and keeps pace with the mentality of the new digital generation.
