المملكة: The head of the Board of Grievances inspects the city’s courts and directs the speedy processing of beneficiaries’ requests
Performed head Board of Grievances Chairman of the Administrative Judicial Council, Dr. Khaled Al-Yousef, made a comprehensive inspection visit to the judicial facilities in the Medina region, during which he observed in the field the progress of work in the Administrative Court and the Administrative Court of Appeal, with the aim of enhancing the efficiency of the justice system and ensuring the quality of services provided to litigants.

During his field tour in the corridors and halls of the courts, he reviewed The course of judicial and administrative work, inspecting the equipment and logistical services that ensure the smooth flow of procedures and facilitate the beneficiary’s journey within the corridors of the courts.
Dr. Al-Yousef held an extensive meeting with the honorable presidents of the courts, their judges, and the employees of the court in the region, appreciating their efforts made in achieving complete justice, and urging them to double the giving to ensure the sustainability of the business and develop it in line with aspirations.
The head of the Board of Grievances embodied the “open door” policy into a tangible reality, as he met with a number of beneficiaries who had previously booked appointments to meet him through the electronic service designated in the digital portal of the Board, in a step that reflects the activation of technology to serve direct human communication.
And he listened with interest To citizens’ requirements and suggestions directly, he directed those concerned immediately to take the necessary legal measures regarding each request, stressing that serving the beneficiary and delivering rights to their owners is the primary goal of the judicial facility.
