“Community Empowerment” shortens the implementation time of its services by an average of 376 working days

The Ministry of Community Empowerment has achieved positive results and a tangible social impact, as part of its participation in the second session of the “Zero Government Bureaucracy 2025” program, as part of its continuous endeavor to innovate new types of services that keep pace with rapid technical developments, and implement smooth procedures that contribute to enhancing their efficiency, and reflect positively on customers’ experiences and raise their level of happiness. The resulting impact of the process of zeroing out government bureaucracy, which included all sectors of the ministry, was reflected by reducing the total shortened time for implementing services by an average of 376 working days, 292 required steps were cancelled, in addition to reducing 106 documents, canceling 36 procedures, reducing 262 required fields, in addition to reducing 28 requirements.
As part of its vision to enhance communication with the beneficiaries of its services and involve them in formulating them, to meet their requirements and enhance their happiness, the Ministry implemented 53 customer councils during the current year, in which 2,124 people participated, and 97 development proposals were received, carefully studied by the relevant work teams.
The Ministry’s efforts, in the procedures and operations of eliminating government bureaucracy, were based on developing the services of the “social and economic support and empowerment sector,” by launching an integrated digital platform that includes social support services, in addition to the “unified national platform for the public benefit institutions sector.”
