Understanding between "Capital.com" and"Abu Dhabi International Academy" To enhance the financial culture of individual investors

Abu Dhabi, 11 December / WAM / The global trading platform “Capital.com” and the Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy, the knowledge arm of the Abu Dhabi Global Market, signed a memorandum of understanding to launch an initiative aimed at enhancing financial culture among individual traders, expanding the scope of digital investment education, and building a base of qualified Emirati competencies for the future.

The program will begin implementation in 2026, as part of a broader vision to support the long-term economic agenda of the UAE.

Under the memorandum of understanding, Capital.com will provide 100 practical training opportunities over the next five years, not only within the company, but also through partners in the UAE financial sector system, providing young talents with diverse and high-impact learning environments.

The agreement was signed by Tariq Shabib, CEO of Capital.com in the Middle East and North Africa, and Mansour Jaafar, CEO of Abu Dhabi Global Academy and the Academy’s research center, during the activities of Abu Dhabi Financial Week.

The memorandum of understanding includes multiple areas of cooperation, including forming a joint work team to design and implement training programs, issuing joint research and publications, and organizing seminars on financial technology, legislation, trading, and financial management.

The two sides will also conduct periodic analyzes of training needs to ensure that initiatives are compatible with market requirements and workforce priorities.
