Rashid bin Hamdan: An institutional vision to enhance the position "Victory" And sustainable development of its performance

Dubai, December 11, 2018 / WAM / Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, President of Al Nasr Club, stressed the importance of working in a team spirit and unifying efforts to enhance the club’s position in the sports arena, indicating that the next stage is based on a clear vision based on governance, consolidating institutional work, and sustaining the development of performance in a way that keeps pace with the aspirations of the fans and enhances the club’s historical legacy.

This came during the expanded meeting with members of the Council of Honor, in the presence of Sheikh Mohammed bin Maktoum bin Juma Al Maktoum, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer, Chairman of the Council’s Executive Committee, and members of the Council of Honor, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee.

The meeting reviewed the general plan for developing the club’s lands and future investment projects aimed at developing financial resources, supporting sports teams, and talent development programs. Sheikh Rashid bin Hamdan stressed that investment projects represent a main pillar for providing sustainable sources of financing that enable the club to implement its plans and enhance its technical and administrative indicators.

For his part, His Excellency Mattar Al Tayer confirmed that Al-Nasr Club has a strong institutional legacy that has formed, over many years, a base for the development of sports in Dubai, and that Al-Nasr was one of the first clubs to adopt an advanced administrative organization.

Al Tayer explained that the Council of Honor includes an elite group of national leaders with diverse experiences in the administrative, financial and technical aspects, which enhances its ability to provide a supportive vision for the development process, stressing that the club has a strong record in financial and administrative performance and a solid governance structure that supports its sustainability and operational efficiency.
