"Emirates Fatwa" The Family Conference is organized in the context of jurisprudence of reality

ABU DHABI, 11 December / WAM / His Excellency Sheikh Abdullah bin Bayyah, Chairman of the Emirates Council for Sharia Fatwa, announced the launch of the official visual identity for the Third World Conference entitled: “The Family in the Context of Jurisprudence of Reality: A National Identity and a Cohesive Society,” which is scheduled to be held on December 15 – 16, in the capital, Abu Dhabi, under the generous patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak, “Mother of the Emirates,” President of the General Women’s Union, President of the Supreme Council for Motherhood. The visual identity that was launched reflects the conference’s vision of establishing the Emirati family as the focus, starting point, and goal of its scientific efforts and national initiatives. The logo is inspired by the shape of the Emirati heritage house as a symbol of stability and belonging, and embodies the solidity of family ties and the preservation of cultural heritage, in a civilized context that is open to the transformations and developments of the era.
The design is based on the presence of the word “family” in a modern, cohesive font that expresses the unity of its members and the cohesion of its structure, while the geometric elements surrounding the logo highlight: the connection of generations and the intertwining of the components of society in one fabric. The symbol also draws inspiration for its visuals from: authentic Emirati architectural and decorative details, including plaster engravings, palm fronds, falaj, and sand dunes; This reflects the depth of national identity and the roots of the values of generosity, love and solidarity, and confirms the extension of the family’s relationship with the land across generations.
The visual identity highlights the close relationship between “jurisprudence of reality” and the family, by emphasizing the importance of absorbing social, scientific and digital transformations, and presenting institutional family fatwas that take into account national customs and are based on the objectives of Sharia law in: preserving births, sustaining marital ties, and removing embarrassment from people, with a moderate and easy methodology.
Identity also includes a system of central values adopted by the conference, most notably: national belonging, family growth, compassion and benevolence in family relations, moderation in fatwas, and the ethics of dealing with scientific developments and artificial intelligence, in addition to the role of the family in promoting societal cohesion and balanced cultural openness.
The Council affirmed that the launch of the visual identity represents a pivotal stage in the ongoing preparations for the conference, as a comprehensive framework for its message, values and scientific contents, and expresses its keenness to present a contemporary institutional model that combines the depth of legal principles and considerations with the spirit of Emirati identity, and anticipates the future of the family in the context of jurisprudence of reality.
