المملكة: Food and medical… The King Salman Relief Center provides new aid in 4 countries

The project targets the areas most affected by the epidemic, reducing infection rates and limiting the spread of cholera, through preventive measures that include establishing specialized medical teams to examine and monitor travelers at air and land ports, It includes supporting health facilities with medical supplies for treating cholera, including intravenous and oral irrigation solutions, antibiotics, preventive supplies and sterilization materials, as well as expanding the clinical capacity in cholera treatment centers to be able to accommodate the increasing cases.

The center also distributed (1,000) food baskets yesterday in the city of Jebit, Red Sea State in Sudan, from which (1,000) needy and displaced families benefited, as part of a support project. Food security in Sudan for the year 2025. Food supplies in the Lake Region benefited 5,300 displaced individuals affected by the security crisis in Lake Chad, as part of the in-kind aid distribution project in the Republic of Chad for the year (2025-2026 AD).

This comes within the framework of the relief and humanitarian projects provided by the Kingdom through its humanitarian arm, the King Salman Relief Center, to many needy and affected countries and peoples around the world.
