The Ministry indicated that access to the service is done through the national access platform, with the need to add the company to the “Nama” account by entering the number Commercial Registry, stressing that the license to practice the profession must be linked to only one branch for the worker responsible for selling and trading seeds and seeds.

She indicated that licenses are issued after approval of applications according to specific conditions, with the validity period of the license being three years.

The Ministry confirmed that the beneficiary cannot repeatedly submit the application to the same store during the processing period of the existing application. It also made it possible to apply for a seed and seed trading license through the agency.

It obligated the licensees to maintain a complete and accurate record of seeds and seeds, showing the quantities received and sold, the dealing parties and their addresses, in order to achieve the highest levels of transparency and governance.

With regard to the regulatory and technical requirements, the Ministry stressed the need to have a license. The municipality is valid, and the lease contract must be valid if the property is a rental, with the requirement that the work area not be less than 16 square metres.
