Schubert opens the Zamalek land file: The state has extended its hand and what is required is to confront oneself

The journalist Ahmed Schubert reviewed the details of the Public Prosecution’s statement related to the ongoing investigations into the file of lands withdrawn from the Zamalek Club in the October Gardens area, highlighting the dimensions of the crisis and its legal and sporting repercussions.
Schubert explained, during his radio program with Schubert on Radio On Sport FM on Monday morning, that the Public Prosecution announced that it had received a number of complaints regarding the land that was allocated to the Zamalek Club, before the Ministry of Housing decided to withdraw it due to non-compliance with establishing Sports facilities have been owned over the course of 22 years, stressing in its statement that it will not be negligent in protecting and preserving public funds.
He pointed out that the prosecution’s statement included information indicating that the Zamalek Club sold parts of the land allocated for sports activity, in addition to selling construction that has not yet been implemented, to state-affiliated entities, in exchange for an amount estimated at about 750 million pounds, which opened the door to questions about the management mechanisms and commitment to the allocation conditions.
Schubert called on Zamalek Club officials to stand with Self and review the mistakes transparently, stressing that the current stage does not allow for searching for excuses or justifications, in light of the clarity of the facts and the seriousness of the situation.
In the context of his talk, Schubert touched on the sports file within the club, criticizing the dismissal of players who achieved positive results during the tenure of Portuguese coach Jesvaldo Ferreira, whom some call the coach, in addition to the state of administrative turmoil and the change of boards of directors, considering that the accumulation of these decisions contributed to the complexity of the scene inside the White Castle.
