The Kremlin denies preparing for tripartite talks between Moscow, Kiev, and Washington

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Washington had proposed holding the first direct negotiations in 6 months between Ukraine and Russia, with diplomats arriving in Miami for a new round of talks.
But he expressed doubts that such talks would lead to progress.
In Moscow, Russian news agencies quoted presidential diplomatic advisor Yuri Ushakov as saying: "No one has seriously addressed this initiative until now, and it is not under preparation as far as I know"
