المملكة: The Deputy Emir of Mecca reviews the development of 9 urban destinations providing 80,000 housing units

The Deputy Emir of the Makkah Al-Mukarramah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, received at the emirate’s headquarters in Jeddah, the CEO For the National Housing Company Muhammad Al-Bati, and the general manager of the company in the Western Region, Nidal Alam.
His Highness was briefed on the most prominent developments in the destinations that the company is implementing in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region, which includes the development of 9 urban destinations that provide more than 80 thousand housing units, designed according to the highest standards of urban planning.
An integrated vital environment
The outcomes of the meeting made it clear that these destinations aim to provide an integrated vital environment, the most prominent of which is in the governorate. Jeddah and the destinations of Al-Wareef, which is the largest in the region, and Jeddah Heights, Sadaim, Al-Jawhara, Khayal, Al-Sadan, and Al-Janna, in addition to the destinations of Makkah Gate and Makkah Hills in the Holy Capital.
The company indicated that its destinations are characterized by modern designs and comprehensive infrastructure planning, with the availability of all service and commercial facilities and the allocation of sites for schools and public services. She pointed to the uniqueness of the projects with green spaces and gardens exceeding 1.8 million square meters, and pedestrian walkways that enhance the quality of life and keep pace with the goals of modern urban development in the region.
