The Ruler of Sharjah issues 4 Emiri decrees

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri Decree regarding the appointment of the Head of the Judicial Department in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulates that Judge Dr. Muhammad Obaid Al Kaabi will be appointed Head of the Judicial Department, according to the system of special positions in the judicial staff of the Sharjah Government, effective January 1, 2026 AD.
His Highness also issued an Emiri decree appointing the President of the Court of Cassation in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulated that Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla would be appointed President of the Court of Cassation, based on the system of special positions in the judicial staff of the Sharjah Government, effective January 1, 2026 AD.

His Highness also issued an Amiri decree appointing the Attorney General of the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulated that Counselor Anwar Amin Al Harmoudi would be appointed Attorney General of the Emirate of Sharjah, according to the system of special positions in the judicial staff of the Sharjah Government, effective January 1, 2026.

His Highness also issued an Amiri decree appointing the head of the Judicial Inspection Department in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The decree stipulated that Judge Dr. Salama Rashid Salem Tamim Al Ketbi would be appointed head of the Judicial Inspection Department, according to the system of special positions in the judicial staff of the Sharjah government, effective January 1, 2026.
