The Ruler of Sharjah issues an Emiri decree appointing Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla as President of the Court of Cassation

Sharjah, December 25 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued an Emiri decree regarding the appointment of the President of the Court of Cassation in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The decree stipulated that Judge Ahmed Abdullah Al Mulla would be appointed President of the Court of Cassation, based on the system of special positions in the judicial staff of the Sharjah Government, effective January 1, 2026 AD.
