Ajman Government Excellence Program reviews the objectives of the Distinguished Employee Award

Ajman, December 25 / WAM / The Ajman Government Excellence Program organized a virtual introductory workshop targeting employees of government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman, with the aim of highlighting the details of the “Distinguished Government Employee Award” and introducing its objectives, themes and categories.
The workshop addressed the strategic objectives of the award, which aim to establish an environment supportive of positive competition and enhance institutional innovation, by motivating employees to develop their performance and advance their professional practices, and the objectives of the award across three main levels, as well as increasing productivity, consolidating quality concepts, and promoting a culture of innovation. The workshop included a detailed explanation of the six nomination categories, which reflect the diversity of job roles in government work.
The workshop concluded by emphasizing that the door to participation in the award is open to employees of government agencies in the Emirate of Ajman, to honor success stories and mark making in government performance.
