“Ajman Transport” adopts smart solutions to reduce downtime and make customers happy

The Director General of the Ajman Transport Authority, Omar Mohammed Lootah, stressed that developing the technological system represents a major focus for improving the quality of services, pointing out the importance of continuing to adopt smart solutions and technical innovation to achieve the highest levels of efficiency, which contributes to raising the rate of customer happiness and enhancing the quality of life. During a field visit to the technical center, he was briefed on the progress of vehicle maintenance, followed up on the readiness of the fleet, and learned about the latest technologies and modern systems applied in the fields of maintenance.

During his tour, he reviewed the work mechanisms followed in the technical workshops, the level of competence of the staff, and the procedures adopted to ensure the quality of maintenance work and raise the efficiency of performance, in addition to employing advanced technologies that contribute to reducing breakdown time and enhancing safety and sustainability standards.

He listened to a detailed explanation about the modern technical systems and developed work mechanisms that contribute to accelerating procedures, raising the level of accuracy and quality, in addition to enhancing the integration of smart systems and improving the customer experience, in line with digital transformation trends.
