المملكة: Officially… the launch of the association’s work "resources" To invest in human capabilities

The Mawarid Association for Investing in Human Capabilities announced the official launch of its work after approval for its establishment was issued by the competent authorities, to join the non-profit sector system and contribute to strengthening Supporting innovation, and raising the quality of life through quality and sustainable programs.
The Chairman of the Association’s Board of Directors, Thamer Al-Daraan, explained that the Association is a specialized body in social investment, rehabilitation, training, and employment programs through the Emiratisation-based social investment approach, as it aims to provide initiatives with a deep and sustainable impact that serve the different segments of society, and contribute to building a professional institutional model based on governance, efficiency, and transparency.
Stages of establishment and organizational structure
And in this Context: The association’s Board of Directors held its first meeting under the chairmanship of Al-Daraan, during which the meeting reviewed the stages of establishment, approved the organizational structure, and formed permanent committees, in addition to discussing the operational plan for the first year and a map of the initiatives and programs to be implemented during the coming period.
The Council discussed ways to strengthen strategic partnerships with Governmental, private and non-profit agencies, in order to achieve the highest levels of social impact and contribute to expanding the scope of services provided to beneficiaries.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors extended his thanks and appreciation to the supporting bodies and all the founding members, stressing that the association is moving steadily towards a new phase based on institutional work and creativity in development solutions, in order to achieve a tangible impact that reflects positively on the beneficiaries and society.
The Board concluded its meeting by emphasizing commitment to the highest standards of governance. Activating institutional work, and preparing to launch a package of qualitative initiatives during the coming period, which will contribute, God willing, to achieving the association’s goals and enhancing its presence and position in the non-profit sector.
