Al-Azizia REIT Fund receives dues worth two million riyals from a former tenant
The financial brokerage company (Wasatah Capital), in its capacity as manager of the Al Aziziyah REIT Fund, announced that the fund had collected an amount of two million riyals, for dues dating back to the years 2018 AD and 2019 AD.
The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"This comes as part of the Fund Manager’s efforts to follow up and collect the outstanding financial dues from the Iskan Development and Investment Company in its capacity as a former tenant.
I expected that this collection would have a positive impact on the cash liquidity and financial position of the Fund, with the Fund Manager continuing to take the necessary measures to collect the remaining dues from the company, and any fundamental developments will be disclosed in accordance with the relevant regulations and instructions.
