The high is 4 degrees… a severe cold wave hits Korea

The agency issued Meteorology in the Republic of Korea issued a warning of a severe cold wave in most parts of the country today, Friday; Temperatures dropped sharply after the arrival of Cold winds from the northwest.
It was stated that the warning includes the Seoul region and its suburbs, East Gangwon Province, North Chungcheong Province in central Korea, and other areas, where morning temperatures dropped to about (10) degrees Celsius below zero.
It is expected that maximum temperatures during the day will reach between (5) degrees below zero and (4) degrees above zero, and that the western coastal areas, including South Chungcheong Province and North Jeolla Province, will witness rain or Snow.
It is expected that Snow will fall between 2 and 7 centimeters in the wider Jeolla region until Saturday, while snow will range between 5 and 10 centimeters in the southern island of Jeju and the eastern islands of Ulleung and Dokdo.
