The affected areas are preparing to receive the “February” season in ten days, a season that was known in the past as “the rattle of the biban” and “the clip of the ribat,” in an accurate heritage reference to the force of the cold, fluctuating winds that cause doors to knock and the ropes of tents to break due to their intensity.
