Protecting the breed
The regulations aim to protect the breed, regulate the financial compensation in accordance with regulatory procedures, support the spread of purebred Arabian horses, and enhance the role of the center with government agencies, institutions and individuals, while unifying procedures for evaluation, advertising, documentation, and contracting.
According to the regulations, a five-member committee is formed by a decision of the Council to evaluate horse management operations for a renewable period of three years, which includes a specialist. in Sharia or regulations, a veterinarian, a horse expert, and a financial specialist.
Recommendation standards
The committee issues its recommendations by majority within a period not exceeding 30 days, and the president has the casting vote in the event of equal votes, provided that the recommendation is approved by the director general of the center.

Sale and loan
With regard to sales, the regulations require advertising through the center’s official website, official accounts, and bulletin boards for a period of no less than 15 days, provided that the sale is made according to an official contract authenticated and approved by the council, with a certificate of ownership being issued to the buyer, and documenting the revenues in the center’s account in accordance with the applicable regulations.

As for grants and donations, they are made by decision of the Council for national, social, cultural or scientific purposes, and documented in the center’s official records to ensure the protection of horse lineages.
