Riyadh and Al-Sharqiya are in the lead
Riyadh came in the lead with 45.6 thousand commercial records, Al-Sharqiya second with 20 thousand commercial records, Makkah Al-Mukarramah third with 19.2 thousand commercial records, Al-Qassim with 8.6 thousand commercial records, and Asir with 5 thousand commercial records.
The bulletin indicated that the regions of Riyadh, Al-Sharqiya and Makkah Al-Mukarramah represent 69% of the exported records.
She indicated that 48% of the total records issued to institutions are owned by women.
He indicated that 42.8 thousand commercial records were issued for limited liability companies in the fourth quarter, 56 for limited liability companies, 64 for joint-stock companies, 95 for simple joint-stock companies, and 397 commercial records for joint-stock companies.
The most prominent sectors
He pointed out that the 10 most prominent sectors in the commercial records issued in the fourth quarter of 2025, It was led by the construction sector with 66 thousand commercial records, and based on their ownership, males acquired 40.9 thousand records, and females 35 thousand records.
The wholesale and retail trade sector came in second place with 24.9 commercial records, whose ownership was divided into 16.4 thousand records for males, and 11.2 thousand for females.
And in third place came the manufacturing sector with 23.7 thousand commercial records, of which males owned 15 thousand, and females 12.6 thousand commercial records.
The accommodation and restaurant services sector came in fourth place with 14.3 thousand commercial records, the ownership of which was divided into 9.6 thousand records for males and 6.4 thousand records for females.
In fifth place came the transportation and storage sector with 17.6 thousand commercial records, of which males owned 11 thousand, and females owned 8.9 thousand commercial records.
/>The administrative and support services sector came in sixth place with 10.3 thousand commercial records, the ownership of which was divided into 7.9 thousand commercial records for males and 12.5 thousand for females.
In seventh place was the other service activities sector with 9.7 thousand commercial records, of which, based on their ownership, 6.2 thousand were for males and 4.5 for females.

55% of the records are owned by young people
The bulletin indicated that 55% of the existing commercial records for institutions are owned by young people.
It reported that the number of institutions was about 1.26 million institutions, while the number of companies reached 597.4 thousand companies.
The number of main records in institutions reached 984.9 thousand main commercial records and 283.7 thousand subsidiary records.
According to the bulletin, the number of main records in companies reached 502.6 thousand main commercial records and 94.7 thousand subsidiary records.
