"Dubai Basketball" Beats Turkish Fenerbahce in the European League
Dubai, January 9 / WAM / The Dubai Basketball team achieved another victory over the Turkish team Fenerbahce, 92-81, in the match that brought them together yesterday evening at the Coca-Cola Arena in Dubai, in the twenty-first round of the European League “EuroLeague”.
The Dubai team dominated the course of the match, led by its coach Jurika Goleimatz, to interrupt the visitors’ winning streak that extended to four matches.
The performance of McKinley Wright, who scored 22 points, and Keenan Caminias, who achieved a double-double with 20 points and 15 rebounds, contributed to deciding the confrontation in favor of Dubai.
This victory reinforces Dubai’s positive record at home this season.
The team is scheduled to face its Serbian counterpart, Burac Mozart, in the Adriatic League “ABA League” competitions next “Monday” evening.
