"Steel Fab 2026" Launches first "Digital twin" Smart Exhibitions in the Middle East
Sharjah, January 14 / WAM / The Steel Fab 2026 exhibition, whose activities continue until tomorrow at the Expo Center, has launched the “EtherX” platform, which creates a “digital twin” of the event, allowing exhibitors to maintain their presence and connection with a global audience for a long time even after its conclusion.
Steel Fab is the first exhibition in the UAE and the region to adopt digital exhibition technology supported by artificial intelligence.
The exhibition continues its activities, while the new platform enables exhibitors to build and manage their digital pavilions and effectively display their products and services, as well as explore buyers’ trends and interact with visitors before, during and after the exhibition. The platform also provides the ability to track customer impressions and obtain comprehensive insights and analyzes through a central control panel that helps manufacturers know the latest trends in the iron and steel industry market.

SteelFab 2026 is the largest event in the metal business sector in the Middle East and North Africa region, bringing together more than 600 brands and 350 exhibitors from 35 countries on an area of 25,000 square meters, displaying the latest machines and equipment, from welding and cutting solutions to pipe manufacturing techniques and preparing metal panels, with live demonstrations of advanced industrial technologies, which the “AetherX” digital platform allows for continued display and access to buyers and interested people around the world after the conclusion of the event.
