The Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States…50 years of joint Gulf educational giving


Sharjah, January 15 / WAM / His Excellency Dr. Issa Saleh Al Hammadi, Director of the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah, said that since its establishment fifty years ago, the Arab Bureau of Education for the Gulf States has played a pivotal role in supporting and developing the educational process in the member states, and has effectively contributed to enhancing educational integration and coordination, improving the quality of education, and building human capabilities, in line with the aspirations of the Gulf countries and their strategic visions towards a sustainable knowledge future.
He said in a statement on the occasion of the golden jubilee of the Arab Education Office for the Gulf States that the initiative to establish the Educational Center for the Arabic Language for the Gulf States in Sharjah came as a living embodiment of the vision of the Gulf leaders to care for the Arabic language and develop its teaching and learning, within a specialized institutional framework that follows the office and enhances its mission, and contributes to consolidating the position of the Arabic language in the Gulf educational systems.
He added that this occasion represents an honorable Gulf station to commemorate the pioneering achievements and qualitative initiatives that contributed to developing educational systems, consolidating the foundations of institutional excellence, and enhancing the status of joint Gulf educational work at the regional and international levels.
On this occasion, His Excellency congratulated the wise Gulf leaders, the Arab Education Bureau for the Gulf States, its agencies and all its employees, praising the fifty-year history of continuous giving and joint Gulf educational work, stressing that the Center and its agencies will continue to carry out its pioneering mission efficiently and competently.
