Air Arabia announced the continued suspension of its flights to and from the UAE temporarily until three o’clock in the afternoon (UAE time) from Monday, March 9, as part of operational developments related to safety measures and coordination with the relevant authorities.

The company explained that a limited number of flights continue to operate in coordination with the competent authorities, in accordance with operational approvals and safety requirements, noting that passengers whose flights are included in the operating schedule will be notified directly through the approved communication channels.

The company called on other travelers not to go to the airport unless they are contacted directly, stressing the importance of constantly checking the status of flights through its website.

It also advised customers who booked their tickets through direct channels to visit the website to choose the available alternatives, while those who made their reservations through travel agents should contact their agents directly. She stressed the need to update contact information through the “Manage Reservation” page to ensure receipt of important notifications.
Air Arabia indicated that it is currently witnessing high pressure on customer service channels, appreciating the understanding of travelers, and stressing that the safety of passengers and crew members remains its top priority.
