Mecca: Maysan.
Al-Baha: Al-Quraya, Al-Mandaq, Al-Baha, Baljurashi, and Bani Hassan.
Northern borders: Turaif and Qurayyat.

It is accompanied by active winds, and low horizontal visibility (3-5) kilometers.

While Jubail, Al-Khobar, Dammam, Qatif, and Ras Tanura are witnessing Active winds.
The associated effects are: low horizontal visibility, high waves, and wind speeds reaching (40 – 49) kilometers per hour.
