A delegation from Abu Dhabi Police visits the Police College in Qatar

Doha, January 23 / WAM / A delegation from Abu Dhabi Police, headed by Brigadier Dr. Rashid Mohammed Burshid, Director of the Saif Bin Zayed Academy for Police and Security Sciences, during his visit to the Police College in the sisterly State of Qatar, was briefed on advanced experiences and expertise in the fields of police and legal education, and learned about the best practices applied in training, according to the latest methods, scientific curricula and approved academic programmes.
During the visit, the delegation also attended the graduation ceremony of the eighth batch of cadets nominated at the Police College in Qatar.
Brigadier General Dr. Rashid Mohammed Burshid expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to those in charge of the Police College, praising the generous hospitality and warm reception, which reflects the depth of fraternal relations and the strong historical ties that unite the United Arab Emirates and the sisterly State of Qatar.
He stressed that this participation comes within the framework of strengthening cooperation and joint coordination in the police and security fields, noting that the exchange of experiences and knowledge between police educational institutions in the Gulf Cooperation Council countries contributes to developing the security work system and raising the efficiency and readiness of police cadres, in a way that supports achieving the highest levels of security and societal stability.
At the conclusion of the graduation ceremony, commemorative shields were exchanged between the two sides, emphasizing the strength of bilateral relations and the keenness of both parties to continue joint cooperation and coordination to serve the strategic goals of joint Gulf police work.
