She indicated that financial rewards will be disbursed to informants according to the seriousness of the violation, the difficulty of discovering it, and the effort expended, as the reward can reach 25% of the total value of the observed violation, within a precise governance system that ensures transparency and prevents the repetition or duplication of reports.
She added that the “certified monitor” is an extension of the community control model adopted by the Ministry, with the aim of enhancing community participation and establishing a culture of compliance and responsibility.
