"Default Dubai Electricity and Water" Answers 1.6 million inquiries in 2025

Dubai, January 24 / WAM / The virtual employee of the Dubai Electricity and Water Authority, “Rammas”, supported by generative artificial intelligence, provided more than 1.6 million immediate and accurate answers in both Arabic and English during the year 2025, bringing the total inquiries answered since its launch in 2017 to more than 12.7 million inquiries through the authority’s various channels.

His Excellency Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, Managing Director and CEO of the Authority, said that adopting the latest artificial intelligence technologies aims to improve customer experience, raise the efficiency of services, and accelerate digital transformation, in line with the UAE National Strategy for Artificial Intelligence 2031.
