المملكة: The Two Holy Mosques Authority: Distinctive governance of iftar for fasting people through “Ihsan” and “Nusk”

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque launched a modern and documented mechanism to organize the program Iftar for the fasting people in the Two Holy Mosques during the holy month of Ramadan, in cooperation with the Ihsan platform and the Nusk Foundation, within an integrated system that enhances governance and transparency and raises the efficiency of implementation.
The mechanism begins with registering individuals and non-profit organizations through the Authority’s website, followed by payment of the financial fees through the “”, where individuals are charged the equivalent of one trip of 25 meals or 50 meals according to the donor’s desire, while non-profit organizations are set a minimum of ten trips for men and ten trips for women.
Trip procedures
After choosing the location and number of meals and completing the payment through the “Ihsan” platform, the amounts are transferred to the “Nusk Humanitarian” Foundation to manage the contract between the implementing agency and the individual or non-profit donor, and as soon as the payment is completed The travel procedures are completed and the final permit is issued, with the donor being notified of the implementing company’s information.
The donor is allowed to attend to check on the progress of the distribution process, and in the event of non-attendance, the implementing company is obligated to send a documented periodic report that includes the numbers of beneficiaries and distribution mechanisms, supported by photo documentation.

Cooperation with the “Ehsan” platform and the “Nesk” Foundation constitutes an institutional framework for a qualitative partnership aimed at controlling breakfast operations. Iftar, and ensuring that it reaches those who deserve it according to the highest standards of transparency and organization.
