victory "Ghantoot" and"Al Habtoor" At the Emirates Polo International
Abu Dhabi, January 24 / WAM / The second round of the UAE International Open Polo Championship 2026 concluded yesterday evening, with the Ghantoot team defeating the Abu Dhabi team with a score of 8 to 6 goals, and Al Habtoor defeating the Al Basha team with a score of 8.5 to 8 goals.
The tournament will be held with the participation of 8 teams on the grounds of the Ghantoot Horse Racing and Polo Club and will continue until the first of next February, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Falah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the Ghantoot Horse Racing and Polo Club, and with the support of the Abu Dhabi Sports Council.
The third round of the tournament tomorrow, Sunday, will witness 3 matches, the first bringing together the Ancora and Bansali teams, and the second between the Al Habtoor and Abu Dhabi teams, concluding with a meeting between the AM and Cengiri teams.
