Al-Jazeera will meet Al-Ahly of Qatar tomorrow to compete for… "Challenge Cup"

Abu Dhabi, January 24 / WAM / Al-Jazira team will meet with Al-Ahly of Qatar tomorrow at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi at 8 pm UAE time to compete for the “Challenge Cup” within the matches of the UAE-Qatari Football Super Cup in its third edition.
This is the first participation of the Al-Jazira team in the tournament, as it aspires to achieve its first title in it, as well as the Al-Ahly team.
The tournament will be held with the participation of 8 teams from the Emirates and Qatar to compete for 4 titles.
Al Jazira Club announced the conclusion of its training today at Mohammed bin Zayed Stadium in preparation for the expected match tomorrow.
Al Jazira team coach Marinobošić said during the press conference for the match: We will face a very difficult competitor, whom we have all respect for, but the final matches always come under different circumstances, so we must put full focus and energy into winning and crowning the cup.
He added: We hope that the team’s current focus will be reflected in tomorrow’s match and that we will achieve our goal from the match.
For his part, Younis Ali, Al-Ahly coach, said: We enter tomorrow’s match with a great desire to achieve a victory that will allow us to win the title.
He added: I do not focus on the results of the other teams in the Super Championship. What is most important to me now is my team and working with it in order to achieve our goal of winning and achieving the cup.
