Hamdan bin Mohammed witnesses the signing of a partnership agreement to establish Hawi Al Barsha and Hawi Muhaisnah

His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, witnessed the signing of a partnership agreement between Dubai Municipality, the General Construction Company and Binghatti Properties to establish Al Barsha District and Muhaisnah District, in order to support the expansion of the Dubai District initiative into new locations in the emirate.
