The Special Forces for Environmental Security arrested a citizen violating the environmental regulations, for committing a violation of grazing (27) camels. In sites where grazing is prohibited in the King Abdulaziz Royal Reserve, regulatory measures were applied against him.

The forces confirmed that the penalty for grazing camels is a fine of (500) riyals per camel.

They are urged to report any cases that represent an attack on the environment or wildlife on the numbers (911) in the regions of Makkah Al-Mukarramah, Medina, Riyadh, and Sharqiya, and (999) and (996) in The rest of the regions of the Kingdom, and all reports will be treated with complete confidentiality, without any responsibility on the part of the reporter.
