Dibba Al-Hisn defeats “City” and rises to second place in the First Division League

The Dibba Al-Hisn team achieved a valuable victory over its guest, City, with a score of (4-1), in the match that was held at Dibba Al-Hisn Stadium in the 15th round of the First Division League, raising its score to 27 points in second place behind leaders United (30 points), while City’s score froze at 16 points in ninth place.

Dibba Al-Hisn’s goals were scored by Mohammed Rashid (38), Lucas Rocha (two goals) (70 and 88), and Ahmed Al-Hamoudi (74), while City’s only goal was scored by Brazilian Gus Nelson (59).

In another match, Hatta achieved a difficult victory over its guest, Majd, with an unanswered goal, scored by Brazilian Samuel Gonzalez in the 85th minute, raising its score to 25 points in fifth place, while Majd remained at 10 points in thirteenth place.

The round saw the UAE draw with Al Dhaid (2-2), with Lars Veldwyk scoring two goals for the Emirates (49 and 77), while Iran’s Sayed Pouria Mirai scored for Al Dhaid (38) and Luxembourg’s Lucas Prudhomme (45 + 4). Fujairah also tied with Al-Jazira Al-Hamra (1-1), as Frenchman Sander Benbachir scored for Fujairah (75), and Moroccan Mohamed Gargour scored for Al-Jazira Al-Hamra (25), dropping Fujairah to third place with 26 points, while Al-Jazira Al-Hamra remained in twelfth place with 12 points.
