المملكة: Requirements for purchasing an insurance policy, King Fahd Causeway fees, and how to create a trip
The Absher platform provides the service of paying insurance policy purchase fees and King Fahd Causeway, in advance for beneficiaries of the bridge.
You can Pay fees and fees via the payment service in the service itself, but before creating the trip, make sure :
- Passengers ID: The identity of travelers must be verified automatically through the .
- Flight booking timing: The flight reservation time must be 3 hours or more before the flight time.
- Expected time of arrival: The traveler’s expected time of arrival should be 3 hours or less before the flight time.
How to create a trip
- Create the trip via the Absher Individual application
- Log in to the Absher application
- Registering the trip after choosing the vehicle and trip time and adding companions, if any, with the possibility of paying the bridge fees and insurance
- Complete the initial verification process via the flight access and confirmation application

New packages for travelers via an application "bridge"It provides discounts ranging from 15% to 40% on transit fees, and these packages will be effective as of February 18, 2026.
The new packages include three options that meet the needs of different types of travelers. The frequent flyer package offers a discount of up to 40%, intended for daily or semi-daily travelers, with a value of 850 riyals, which is consumed within one month or after 40 crossings. "Go or return"whichever happens first.
