18.42 billion dirhams in revenues "ADNOC Logistics and Services" In 2025, a growth of 41%

Abu Dhabi, February 11 / WAM / ADNOC Logistics and Services PLC announced its financial results for the year 2025; Its revenues reached 18.42 billion dirhams, an increase of 41% year-on-year, which is due to strong demand from the market, outstanding operational performance, and continued expansion in the company’s main business sectors and growth areas.

Long-term and recurring contracted revenues represent more than 60% of the combined revenues of ADNOC Logistics and Services and joint ventures with AW Shipping, which enhances the clarity of the profit growth path and the ability to face market fluctuations.

Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization increased by 32% year-on-year to reach 5.56 billion dirhams, while maintaining a profit margin of 30%. Net profit also increased by 14% year-on-year to reach 3.16 billion dirhams.

These results confirm the continued development of ADNOC Logistics and Services into a global leader, supported by a diversified and flexible business model and a disciplined approach to capital deployment.

The company continued to record strong momentum during the last quarter of 2025, with revenues increasing by 35% year-on-year to reach AED 4.36 billion.

Earnings before deducting interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization during the period recorded a growth of 39% on an annual basis to reach 1.43 billion dirhams, while net profit increased by 29% on an annual basis to reach 852 million dirhams, which confirms the improved performance in the shipping sector and the continued recording of strong performance across the company’s business portfolio.

Captain Abdul Karim Al Musabi, CEO of ADNOC Logistics and Services, said that the year 2025 represented a pivotal stage in the company’s journey, which strengthened the focus on excellence in customer service, and achieved unprecedented financial performance, while creating great value for shareholders, while recording growth across all sectors of its work, and expanding the scope of its business to include new fields, in addition to strengthening its international presence, pointing out that the acquisition of “Navig 8” company contributed to raising ADNOC’s position.
