The Head of State is at the forefront of his reception.. The Emir of Qatar arrives in the Emirates on a brotherly visit

His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the sisterly State of Qatar, arrived today in the country on a fraternal visit.

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, was at the forefront of welcoming his brother, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, upon his arrival at Al Bateen Airport in Abu Dhabi.

Also at the reception were His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the UAE, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the Presidential Cabinet, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defence, His Highness Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Ruler of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and National Security Advisor, Lt. General His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, and His Highness Sheikh Theyab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al. Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office for Development Affairs and Families of Martyrs, His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Head of the Presidential Office for Special Affairs, Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Tahnoun Al Nahyan, Advisor to His Highness the President of the State, and a number of senior state officials.

During the visit, His Highness the Emir of the State of Qatar is accompanied by a delegation that includes His Highness Sheikh Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Personal Representative of His Highness the Emir, His Excellency Sheikh Joaan bin Hamad Al Thani, President of the Olympic Council of Asia and Chairman of the Qatar Olympic Committee, His Excellency Abdullah bin Mohammed Al-Khulaifi, Head of the Emiri Diwan, His Excellency Sheikh Al-Qaqa bin Hamad Al Thani, Sheikh Hamad bin Tamim Al Thani, and a number of senior officials.
