US Supreme Court strikes down Trump’s sweeping tariffs

On Friday, the US Supreme Court annulled comprehensive tariffs imposed by President Donald Trump, as he suffered a major loss on a crucial issue in his economic agenda.

The decision focuses on the customs duties imposed under the Emergency Powers Law, including the comprehensive “reciprocal” customs duties imposed on almost all countries.
