The Cybersecurity Council forms a strategic partnership to sponsor the 2026 Secure AI Cup

Dubai, February 22 / WAM / The Cyber ​​Security Council held a strategic partnership with the Safe Artificial Intelligence Cup 2026 competition with the aim of promoting the ethical and safe use of artificial intelligence technologies and establishing a culture of digital responsibility among students in the UAE.

According to this partnership, the Council will sponsor and host the competition in a way that contributes to enabling students to engage in the digital age and understand the applications of artificial intelligence and its role in their lives, present and future, through the CyberE71 program in support of the country’s vision towards a safe, sustainable and flexible digital future.

The competition comes within the Safe Artificial Intelligence for Society initiative, organized by the Emirates Safe Internet Association, the Robotics and Automation Society, and the International Company for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, and hosted by the University of Dubai. It targets two tracks, one for school students and the other for university students, with the CyberE71 program supervising and leading the university track while supporting distinguished students and linking them to the labor market.

The competition focuses on establishing the concept of responsibility since design and encouraging students to develop safe and reliable artificial intelligence solutions, especially in the field of education, including smart learning tools and safety systems, taking into account privacy, ethics and security from the early stages of development. Participation in the competition is free.

His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Al Kuwaiti, Head of Cybersecurity for the UAE Government, said that artificial intelligence is creating a global transformation, but its success is linked to the elements of trust and security, stressing that the partnership represents an investment in youth and support for the national strategy for artificial intelligence 2031.

The organizers of the competition called on school students from 11 to 18 years of age to register via the competition’s website.
